The arrangements for the national convention Friday evening are about completed. Men have been appointed to nominate the leading candidates and the chairmen of all but five States have accepted. Men wishing to sit as delegates from their States can obtain tickets by calling at 38 Weld from 10 to 1 today (Wednesday) and from 9 to 2 tomorrow, or they can get them of the chairmen of delegations as follows:
