Harvard Union.

The competitive debate of the Harvard Union for the choice of disputants to go to New Haven will be held in Sever 11 this evening at 7.30. All members of the University whether members of the Union or not, are urged to speak in this contest, as it is important that Harvard should be represented by the best speakers possible in this second joint debate. The Yale speakers have already been chosen and every effort is being made to make the debate at New Haven even more successful than the one held here.

At the debate this evening Professors Briggs and Taussig and Dr. Curry will act as judges. The subject is the one which will be debated at New Haven, when Harvard will have the affirmative: Resolved, "That immigration to the United States should be restricted."
