The hare and hounds run yesterday afternoon was very successful. The hares for the second time this year were caught, thus giving a prize to each of the first three hounds.

Nichols L. S. and Blake '93 were the hares and they started at 3.54. The hounds, about 25 in number, started five minutes later. The course was from the gymnasium up Garden Street to Brattle, through Longfellow's park up towards Porter station, around Fresh Pond up to Belmont. across to Mt. Auburn and thence back to the finish The hare's time was 69 minutes and the first hound's time was 71 minutes. Fenton '95 Coolidge '95 and Beebe '94 were the three hounds receiving prizes.
