Representations from seven schools in Connecticut met in New Haven on Saturday to form an Interscholastic Football Association. The seven teams will be divided into two divisions called the Northern and Southern divisions, the championship to be decided by the winning teams of each division. A constitution and set of by-laws were adopted and it was voted to play under the inter-collegiate rules. The league will be composed of elevens from the Hartford, Bridgeport, New Haven and Norwich high schools, Hopkins grammar School of New Haven, and several others. The champion team will receive a silver cup from the Yale eleven.
