The Tufts Athletic Association, at its December meeting, elected J. F. Sheldon, '95, as manager of the football team for 1893. It was also voted to apply for admission to the triangular league of Amherst, Dartmouth and Williams.

The design of the cover of the program of the musical clubs for their western trip is a fantastically dressed figure with a guitar, against the seal of the college and the word "Harvard" in large letters. The program is printed entirely in red.
A convention will be held in Richmond, December 28, the object of which will be the formation of a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association. All the prominent southern colleges will be represented and will probably arrange baseball, football, and athletic games.
An athletic calendar has been published at Yale designed by H. G. Thomson '93. The calendar is in the center on a blue background. Around this are pictures of the gymnasium, boat house, the eleven, nine, the athletic team etc On the back of the card are the complete records for all the athletic teams. The calendar was gotten up by Lamson '93 & Rogers '93.
In the Inter-collegiate Baseball Association for '92. Stearns of Amherst led in the batting with an average of 333. In team batting Dartmouth led with .222, Amherst next with .185, Williams last with .165. In team fielding Dartmouth led with .931, Williams come next with .896, Amherst last with .877 Dartmouth won six games, Williams and Amherst three each.
