WE wish to call the attention of the college to the classes for voluntary instruction in reading and speaking which Mr. Copeland of the English department holds on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Mr. Copeland is a new instructor in English this year, but his experience in Boston of late years as reader and critic, has adequately fitted him to take charge of these classes. Mr. Copeland intends to make them interesting and popular as well as instructive and as they are wholly voluntary besides they are well worth attending.
