At the meeting of the Harvard Union last evening, the members were chiefly occupied with the report of the committee that conferred with a committee from the Yale Union at Springfield on Saturday. The Harvard Union chose to take the negative of the question offered by Yale "Resolved that the power of railroad corporation in the United States should be further limited by national legislation." A competitive debate will be held in Sever Hall on Friday, December 9, when three judges appointed from the faculty by the President of the Union, will select the three men to speak against Yale. This +++ will be +++ all members of the university, and men wishing to speak are requested to send their names to the Secretary, H. A. Bull, 3 Sumner St., before the night of the debate.
