A championship game of football in the championship series was played yesterday afternoon on Jarvis Field, between the Cambridge High and Latin and the Boston Latin School eleven. The game resulted in a victory for the Cambridge boys by a score of 10.0 but the contest was haod fought by both sides from start to finish. Cambridge's first touchdown was made by a beautiful rush of Sanborn's of over forty yards Just before time was called in the second half Lovering was pushed over the line for another touch-down. For Cambridge Davenport, Adams, and Fitzgerald did good work in the line. while Sanborn did the best work for the backs. For Boston Latin, Shea and Gray played the best of the line men, and Beale proved the best ground gainer.
