Freshman Football. - All candidates for the freshman eleven be on Nortons at 3.30 sharp.

F. S. NEWELL.IMPORTANT NOTICE, TRACK ATHLETIC TEAM. - All men intending to take part in the 'varsity and freshman games must be examined by Dr. Sargent. The hours for the examinations are from 2-4, Wednesday and Thursday for those who have not special appointments. Those who have been examined before must get their cards at the above hours.

Per Management.H. A. A. - Entries to the freshman games may be made at the gymnasium Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, between eleven and one o'clock. There is no entrance fee, for contestants.

GEO. CROMPTON, Sec.Conference Francaise. - There will no meeting of the conference this week. On Monday next, in No. 8 Roberts Hall, at 8 o'clock, Prof. Van Daell, of the Institute of Technology, will address the society on the "History of the First Productions of the Bourgeois Gentilhomme."

H. S. STONE, Sec.Harvard Rowing Club. - Open to all members of the University, Weld Boat House on Boylston St., open daily through out the autumn. Men may join at Thurston's or on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10-11, at 26 Holyoke House.

H. A. A. - All new members of the University, are urged to join at once. Secretary's hours, 12 to 1 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 19 Holworthy. Those so desiring, may join at Thurston's.

GEORGE CROMPTON, Sec.Signet. - The initiation of the Second Seven will take place on Friday the 28th of October, instead of Friday the 21st, as previously announced.
