About thirty-five men presented themselves as candidates for the Glee Club at the trial in the rooms last night. There were noticeably few first tenors and second basses, all but six of the candidates being either second tenors or first basses. The number will be rapidly diminished after the mid-years, when the club commences to work for the spring concerts. The list of candidates is given below:
