It has been decided by the management of the University of Pennsylvania crew to send a crew abroad this summer to row the leading English crews. The eights of Oxford, Cambridge, and Christ's College, Dublin, are among those with which races will be arranged. They will go as part of the Manhattan Athletic Club team and will sail on the 7th of July.
