On Wednesday night the representatives from Harvard, Yale, Amherst, Williams, Dartmouth and Brown met at the Algonquin Club to take deflnite action in regard to the formation of a university club. W. E. Parker, Amherst, was elected chairman of the organization; M. Morton, Jr., Yale, secretary; and W. V. Killin, Brown, treasurer. A committee was appointto secure, as incorporators, fifteen of the most influential alumni in and about Boston. It was decided to limit the eligibility to those who have obtained the degree of A. B. from some college or University. Sub-committees for detail work were appointed and the site of the proposed club house discussed.
