The Weld Boat House will be open this week to all members of the University who care to come down and see the equipment of the house. Attention is called to the rules of the Club that no one but members can use the boat house or boats, and that no members of the University or class crews or substitutes can use the club boats for crew practice. The janitor has been instructed to enforce these rules strictly. The Club is open to all members of the University. Entrance fee five dollars and one dollar locker charge. The fees are payable in advance, and rights under them terminate next October. Any man wishing to join the Club may pay his dues at Thurston's and tickets will be forwarded to him by mail. In future tickets will be is sued by the secretary, Mr. Robbins, Hilton 2.
