They have in mind, we believe, two schemes between which to choose. The first is, during the warmer months, say October, part of November, April, May and June, to have chapel exercises begin at 8.15 and recitations at 8.30; and to give only a half-hour at noon for luncheon. They propose in this way to gain the hour. During the winter months recitations would change back to nine o'clock and the hour would be gained, half at noon, as before, and half in the afternoon, by holding recitations till 4.30, a half hour later. Such is the first plan. The second seems less complicated. It is, to put in the necessary extra hour from one till two o'clock.
