The freshman class held a meeting in Holden Chapel last evening to take action on the death of one of its members, William Howe Nelson. The following resolutions were adopted:
Inasmuch as in the providence of God, William Howe Nelson has been called from among us, we, the members of the class of 1894 of Harvard College, are
Resolved, That a classmate of noble character, superior ability, and great promise, has passed away, and that in his death we have suffered an irreparable loss, and are
Resolved, That as an expression of our sympathy and sorrow, a copy of these resolutions be sent to his family.
