Early in January there will be a meeting of alumni of Harvard, Yale, Brown, Williams, Amherst and Dartmouth, to organize a university club in Boston.

The Johns Hopkins University publishes the American Chemical Journal, the American Journal of Mathematics, and the American Journal of Philology.

The faculty of Wooster University have denied the petition of the students, and made permanent the rule which debars the school from any participation in intercollegiate athletics.

An athletic club for college graduates only has just been organized in New York City under the name of the University Athletic Club. Prize competitions and anything pertaining to professionalism will not be tolerated.
