Permission to publish the "Legenda," the Wellesley College annual in 1892, has been granted on condition that it shall be literary in tone and free from all "grinds."
The Christmas dance which is given annually by the juniors at Columbia on the Friday evening previous to the Christmas vacation, will take place Dec. 18, in the college library.
Plans are being made for enlarging and refitting the Dartmouth gymnasium, also for a first class athletic field with a cinder track, grand stands, etc.
A novel undertaking in the line of reference books is a year book of the Universities of the word, entitled "Minerva," shortly to appear from the press of Karl Trubner in Strassburg. It will give the personnel of the boards of management and instruction in all the leading universities in the world. The whole number represented is 167.
