An excellent suggestion is made in one of the communications published this morning. An effort should certainly be made to get the West End Company to put on an extra number of cars early in the morning. The rush for Boston will begin earlier this year than it did last, probably as early as half-past six in the morning, and unless some arrangement for extra cars is made there will be great inconvenience. The treasurer of the Foot Ball Association can speak to the West End Company on this subject with greater authority than any one else. If he is himself too busy to attend to the matter he should authorize some one to represent him, and see that the matter is attended to at once.
