The Class Day Committee regret to be obliged to make the following announcement, but feel called upon to do so.
In direct violation of the rules a member of the college (whose name is in the possession of the committee) has furnished a clerk in Clafin's drugstore with Memorial tickets for public sale. The clerk under direction of said person, agreed to sell two Memorial tickets for $7.00, and gave the following receipt:
"Received from bearer $7.00 for mdse to be delivered June 19th, '90, by 5 p. m. If not delivered will refund money. E. E. B-y-t-n. The committee have the numbers of said tickets and they will not be accepted at any entrance. Also Memorial tickets Nos. 2635, 2650, and yard tickets Nos, 4894, 1415, 1416, were sold on Harvard Square, the Memorial tickets being Class Day Committee Tickets and the yard tickets being signed by a fictious name. The holders of such tickets will be excluded and the tickets purchased by the seniors who have violated the rules will be cancelled, unless a satisfactory explanation is offered to the committee.
