The class day exercises of the College of the City of New York, took place on Wednesday.
Seven honorary degrees were conferred by Brown college on Wednesday, and five by Rutgers.
The flags for the races held by the Harvard Rowing Club on the 24th of May be obtained at 14 Wadsworth House between 9 and 10 this morning.
The co-operative store will close at 12 o'clock this morning, but will be open at the usual hours after today till commencement day, when it closes at noon.
Work on the new gymnasium at Yale, which has been delayed for nearly six months, will be begun Monday. It is hoped that the building will be done by the Yale commencement of 1891.
The commencement exercises of the Episcopal Theological School were held Wednesday morning. Hon. Robert C. Winthrop presented the diplomas to the class, Bishop Paddock made an address, and the sermon was preached by Bishop Doane of Albany. The graduating class consists of seven.
