Columbia will send a strong team to the Mott Haven games this year. H. Mapes will enter in the 120 and 220 yards hurdle races, which he won last year, V. Mapes in the broad jump and pole vault, McIlvaine in the mile walk, which he won last year, Hornbostel in the mile run, Vosburgh and Porter in the half, and Connel in the quarter. Welsh will also be in the broad jump and pole vault, and Collis in the mile walk.
