The freshmen defeated the Cambridge High School yesterday by a score of 13 to 12. The batting was an improvement over that of Wednesday's game, but the fielding was wretchedly loose. Left field was very poorly covered. Day pitched a strong game, giving but one man his base on balls, but was badly supported in the field,-hence the number of hits made off his delivery. Frothingham was about the only man who seemed able to judge a hit ball. The score:-
