Although the names of the men who will probably play on the Princeton nine this season have not been publicly announced, the team has been pretty nearly decided upon, and the men have been measured for their new uniforms. All men of last year's team still in college will fill their old positions. The team will doubtless be made up as follows: Pitchers, Ames, '90, and L. Young, '92; catcher, Brokaw, '92; first base, Dana, '91, (captain); second base, A. Young, '92; third base, Watts, '91; shortstop, Knickerbocker, '91; center field, Durell; '91 left field, Payne, '91; right field, McMillan, '91.
All with the exception of A. Young and McMillan have played on the university nine in preceeding years. The new baseball cage is not yet completed, but the nine practice daily in the gymnasium under the direction of Keefe and Reilley.
