A special meeting of the Bicycle Club was held in the Delta Upsilon rooms last evening. The meeting was called especially to discuss the matter of forming a Harvard Bicycle Club racing association, but owing to the small number of members present it was decided to postpone any action until some time next week. A communication was read from Mr. Chamberlain in regard to club rooms. R. H. Davis, '91, and C. W. Spencer, '90, were chosen delegates to attend the general meeting on April 16. A. H. Williams was elected a member of the election committee. Messrs. Paine, '90, Cook, '93, and Jagger, '93, were elected members of the club.
