We are fully aware of how great an amount of mischief the unfortunate announcement that there would be no lecture in Geology 4 yesterday, has caused. In future, we wish to state as emphatically as possible, no notices concerning college courses which may appear anywhere in our columns are official unless signed by the instructor in charge. Moreover we refuse to pay any attention to notices of any kind whatever not signed by the proper persons. We regret exceedingly that such an accident should have occurred.
