To the Editors of the Crimson:

In view of the small number of recitations on Saturday and the great number of men who would be enabled to spend their New Year's Day at home by a slight change in the time of registration, would it not be a good plan to circulate a petition for changing the time of registration from January 3 to January 5, 1891? Many men would thus be enabled to spend their New Year's Day in peace instead of rushing off before it is half over.
