The following Yale men have been appointed leaders of cheering for the Yale side at the Springfield game: W. S. Dalzell '91; G. B. Hoppin '91; A. J. Parker '91; C. H. Sherrill, L. S.; J. B. Townsend '91; F. C. Walcott '91.

A mistake was made in the averages of the base ball nine published in Saturday's CRIMSON, whereby Downer was given a batting average of ,600 in the Yale games In reality he played in three of the games, went to the bat eight times, made four hits, and his average was therefore. 500.

The reports to the effect that the majority of seats for the Yale-Princeton game at Eastern Park had been turned over to the speculators are found to be untrue. The management was particularly careful to protect the public in this respect and gave only a very limited number of tickets to the speculators, and these were confined for the greater part to out-of town dealers. The bulk of the tickets were put on sale at regular prices.
