The many complaints which have come to us, that it is now impossible to find a room at reasonable rates near the college yard appear to be without foundation. Such a complaint recently came to the ears of one of the officers of the University, and he, fearing that accommodations really were insufficient, started out in search of a room; without the least trouble he found a furnished lodging as good as the majority of the students occupy at less than two dollars a week. It is only necessary for men in want of a room to look about with a little care to find that Cambridge is still large enough to support the students of this University.
