This afternoon about six o'clock the Athletic club crew, the crew from the Union Boat club and the 'Varsity crew will row a race over the same course as that rowed over in the class races. Professor Alexander Agassiz will act as referee. The 'Varsity crew will be made up as follows: Bow, Sanford; 2, Alexander; 3, Perry; 4, Cranston; 5, Finlay; 6, Tilton; 7, Hutchinson; stroke, Herrick, coxswain, Whitney.
The Athletic crew is considered the strongest and will doubtless be made up as follows: Stroke, Goodnough, 7, Brooks, 6, Peabody, 5, Bacon, 4 Russell, 3, Keyes, 2, Goodwin, 1, Jones, Coxwain, Sawyer.
Cups will be given to the members of the winning crew.
