On Friday the following matches in the tennis tournament were played. Lee beat Tailer, 6-3, 6-4; Lee beat Jennings, 6-4, 6-1; doubles, Stetson and Hale beat Sturgis and Parker, 6-2, 6-4; Lee and Tallant beat Paine and Payson 6-0, 6-0. On Saturday Lockett and Rogers beat Orcutt and Potter, 6-3, 1-6, 6-4.
