Leavitt and Peirce received reports of the Yale-Harvard game last Saturday by the long distance telephone at the end of each inning. The score after the first inning was posted at 3.30 p. m., and the final score at 5.25 p. m.
On Friday the following matches in the tennis tournament were played. Lee beat Tailer, 6-3, 6-4; Lee beat Jennings, 6-4, 6-1; doubles, Stetson and Hale beat Sturgis and Parker, 6-2, 6-4; Lee and Tallant beat Paine and Payson 6-0, 6-0. On Saturday Lockett and Rogers beat Orcutt and Potter, 6-3, 1-6, 6-4.
