The 'Varsity Glee Club will sing at the Boston Athletic Club on May 11.

The fifth special report in History XIII is due today. All those who received C or higher for the first half year will be excused from preparing the sixth report.

Mr. Bolles still suffers too much with his eyes to be able to attend to his duties as secretary of the University. He hopes to be able to be back at the office in about two weeks.

Professor Henry A. Rowland of Johns Hopkins university, will lecture next Friday at the Jefferson Physical Laboratory on Modern views in relation to the electrical current.

The honor examinations in History will probably be held during the week ending June 1. All candidates are requested to send to Professor MacVane a list of the courses they intend to offer.

"Old King Cole," a comic opera for which the libretto was written by Professor Greenough, and the music by Professor Allen, will be performed in the Hasty Pudding building, on May 18 and 20. The dress rehearsal will take place May 15.

While rowing in the basin, 200 yards above the Union boat house, yesterday afternoon, the 'varsity crew encountered some heavy waves. The boat quickly filled and sank in four feet of water and two feet of mud. The crew made their way as best they could to the boat house and returned to Cambridge in hacks.
