The petition started by the CRIMSON for electric lights in the library came up before the corporation on Monday. The object of the petition was to give to the members of the corporation some idea how desirous of having access to the library in the evening the great mass of students and instructors were. And the fact that a thorough investigation of the expense of putting in the lights and of the extra service has been requested gives us cause to feel that our agitation of the subject was not in vain.
