The annual fall concert of the Glee and Banjo clubs and the Pierian So dality will be given to night in Sanders theatre.

The second 'varsity Banjo club at Yale has been organized for the year with C. H. Haskell, '90, as president, and R. Foster, '91, as secretary and treasurer.

The new lockers at the gymnasium are ready. As there are more applicants than lockers they will be given to men in the order they sign for them at the gymnasium.

There is a Russian named Babean who will enter Cornell as soon as he acquires a knowledge of the English language. He escaped from Russia by pretending to visit the Paris Exposition.

Assistant Professor Von Jageman will give the sixth lecture in the German Literature course tomorrow afternoon. His subject will be "The Romantic School and the German Philology."

Professor Francis G. Peabody was the principal guest of the Mass. School-Masters' club at its meeting at the Brunswick, Saturday last. He spoke on "The Education of the Dangerous Classes" which he interpreted to mean the dangerous classes in college.
