ENGLISH C and ENGLISH D.- A talk on Essential Qualities in an Argument and on Perorations will be given in Sever 11, Thursday, Nov. 14 at 12 o'clock and at 3. The briefs for the first forensic will be returned on Thursday. Juniors may obtain theirs at the talk in English C: seniors at that in English D. The first forensic will be due, Tuesday, Nov, 20 at 24 Grays hall.
All contestants in the road race must be examined by Dr. Sargent and deposit their certificates at 22 Holloke house by next Monday.

S. W. ELLSWORTH.A limited number of settee seats will be placed on sale at Leavitt and Peirce's on Wednesday at 8 a. m. The settees will be just behind the ropes and as they are the best seats in the field a charge of 75 cents will be made for them. Absolutely no tickets will be exchanged for them.

The following men will row in the gymnasium at 5 p. m.: Greenwood. Schudder, Stearns, Gillespie, Loring, Rhoades, McKay and Gratwick. All other men will be at the gymnasium at 4.30 p. m.
