Classical Club.

The Classical Club have engaged Mr. Lawton to deliver two lectures on the Medea of Euripides before the students of Harvard University. The lectures will be given in Sever 11, Tuesday evenings, January 8 and 15, at 7.30, and will be for the members of the University. In order to prevent crowding of the hall, the seats are all reserved and tickets have been printed which can be obtained of F. W. Nicolson, 21 Hollis.

Mr. Lawton's work as a translator of classics is well known, especially from his translations and articles in the North American Review and other magazines. He has lectured at Wellesley and at several other colleges, and the Classical Club are to be congratulated in having put it in the power of the students to hear so distinguished a man.
