The University of Michigan has under consideration a scheme for a course of lectures next year upon the constitutional history of the United States, as viewed from a legal standpoint. Such eminent jurists as Judge Gresham, ex-Governor Chamberlain of South Carolina, Justice Matthews, Judge Cooley, and others have been mentioned.
