The Clarendon Press is to issue soon a series of at least ten large maps of properties in Oxfordshire belonging to some of the colleges, and all dating from the beginning of the seventeenth century.

A volume has been issued in memory of Dr. Asa Gray, containing the funeral sermon by Rev. Alexander McKenzie, D. D.; the order of funeral services in Appleton chapel, February 2; the selections from the Bible, read by Francis G. Peabody, D. D.; the hymn sung, and Dr. Peabody's address at the college vesper service.

The second volume of the Henry Irving Shakspere has just been published. It contains the second and third parts of "Henry VI," "The Taming of the Shrew," "Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Richard II." The special feature of this volume is the condensation of "Henry VI" made by Charles Kemble and printed form his M. S., now in Henry Irving's possession. It will soon be for sale at the Co-opeative.
