A mock presidential ballot at Willaims resulted as follows: Whole number of votes, 248; Harrison, 174; Cleveland, 47; Fisk, 27; majority for Harrison, 100.

W. J. Sheehan, M. S., and D. J. McLaughlin, M. S., will be candidates for positions in the out field of the nine next spring. Hamilton, M. S., who played last year on the Holy Cross team, will also be a candidate.

The divinity school of Tufts college has a recess from Nov. 1 to Nov. 7 inclusive, to allow students an opportunity to vote. The College of Letters grants leave of absence for the same purpose to individual students.

The managers of the Harvard Assemblies this year will be L. H. Morgan, H. M. Sears, W. S. Ellis and R. F. Perkins. The assemblies will probably be held at held at Pierce Hall, instead of at Berkeley Hall as heretofore. The dates have not yet been fixed.
