G. A. Carpenter, '88, substitute on last year's eleven, has entered the Law School and will probably play foot ball again this year.

At the last meeting of the National Association of Amateur Athletes, it was voted that the Intercollegiate Athletic Association should in future be entitled to one representative on the executive committee for every five colleges. This will increase the college representation by four.

J. H. Sears was absent from the game at Worcester, Saturday, not on account of an injury, as stated in the CRIMSON yesterday, but because he missed the train.

There will be a very important meeting of the H. A. A. this evening at 7 o'clock in Upper Massachusetts. All members are requested to attend, as some changes in the constitution are contemplated.

Princeton's football team is now made up as follows: Rushers, S. Hodge, Cook, Irvine, George, Cowan, Fredimmick, Bovaird; quarter-back, Poe; halfbacks, Black, Chaining; fullback, Ames; substitutes, Mowry, Payne, Riggs, Miller, and Janeway.

The University of Pennsylvania football team has arranged the following schedule of games: Oct. 10 and 20, Princeton; Oct. 13, Yale; Oct. 17 and Nov. 14, Swarthmore; Oct. 27 and Nov. 3, Leigh; Oct. 31, Rutgers; Nov. 7 and 21 Lafayette; Nov. 29, Wesleyan.

After considerable exertion on the part of the instructors, arrangements have been made for the department libraries to remain open until 6 o'clock every week day, and also from 8 to 10 at night. This includes those in Sever as well as elsewhere.
