HARVARD BANJO CLUB.REPUBLICAN RALLY.- The time of the meeting in Tremont Temple on Friday evening has been changed to 7.45. Seats will be reserved on the floor for students until 7.30 and for ladies and their escorts in the first balcony until the same hour. All students who desire tickets may obtain them at 1 Stoughton today and tomorrow from ten to three. The following men are requested to act as ushers. They will please call to obtain badges and instructions, at 14 Matthews, on Thursday evening, between seven and ten o'clock: Chas. Stroug. H. E. Meeker, E. C. Storrow, W. D. Clark, G. S. Mandell, P.
