M. F. BROOKS, Capt.TORCHLIGHT PARADE.- A blue book has been placed in Bartlett's for the signatures of those who are willing to aid in defraying the cost of music for the parade. As the amount each is asked to give is small, it is hoped that a large number of men will sign the book.
H. H. DARLING, Treas.PRESIDENTIAL CANVASS.- The vote is already large, but the committee desire to make it fuller if possible. If there are any who desire to vote, they may do so by sending or leaving their ballots at Hollis 9 before Thursday noon.
