In reply to many communications which have been received asking why arrangements have not been made for an inter-class series of football games, we would state that early this fall it was decided not to have any class football games at all this year, as all the available material was needed for practice against the 'varsity eleven. There is certainly no reason, however, why table games should not be played in the mornings on Jarvis Field, if two scratch elevens could be formed. We are surprised to see that none have yet been played, as formerly they were an almost daily occurrence and were generally attended by a number of spectators who thoroughly enjoyed the fun.
