The marshals appointed by the four classes to make arrangements for the torchlight procession have decided upon the following uniform : Crimson dress coat trimmed with black collar and cuffs, black false vest and white bosom. These will be worn by all the classes. The senior class will wear blue pantaloons with broad white stripes at the sides; the junior class, orange pantaloons with black stripes; the sophomore class, green pantaloons with white stripes, and the freshman class white pantaloons with crimson stripes. Black beaver hats will be worn by all, each having the class number painted upon it in large white figures. It is believed that the uniform will prove very satisfactory. The price of the uniform will be about $2.60, which will include the torches. Arrangements for the formation of the different classes have not yet been made, as the date of the procession has not been settled definitely by the Republican committee.
