L.; N. H. 14, 9 a.m., room No. 4, M. C. L.
Seniors are earnestly requested to fill out the blank forms of questions sent them some time ago and have them at the office of the Co-operative Society or send them to the secretary as soon as convenient. It is hoped that all will answer the questions, and that those who think essential points have been omitted will make use of the blank pages to remedy such omissions. Blanks will be furnished on application, to any who have mislaid the first.
