EDITORS DAILY CRIMSON:- All who wished to participate in the scratch races this fall were obliged to pay an entrance fee of fifty cents. This fee was paid with the understanding that those who would not be drawn should have it returned. The number of men who signed was sixty-four. Of this number only thirty-two rowed. Thus one-half of the men should have their entrance fee returned. The management have so far given no notice of their intention to give back the money. As several have made enquiries about the matter, we would like to call their attention to this delinquency.
