The tennis championship for the first time in four years has come to Harvard. This success is more gratifying from the fact that the victory is an auspicious opening of the athletic season, and perhaps indicates that the tide has turned and that now we may look for a regeneration in other sports equal to the one which has taken place in tennis.
To Mr. Shaw and Mr. Sears who have effected this change and have brought returning laurels to Harvard, we extend our heartiest congratulations.
