The Amherst Student complains that the second Yale game was thrown away by their team. They asked to have the game called at the end of the seventh inning in order to catch a train although the prospects of their winning were very favorable.
Mr. Rogers ran a hundred yards at Beacon Park lately, as timed by three watches, in 10 seconds. This does not stand as a record, however.
