The University of Pennsylvania has recently established a limited number of unendowed post graduate fellowships in Political Science and History. Graduates of any American College, either in Arts or Science, are eligible. Unusual opportunities for the advanced study of Political Economy, Civil Government, Political and Constitutional History, Constitutional and Mercantile Law, and Political Science, will be open free of charge to the holders of these fellowships.
