The CRIMSON, by defeating the Bessies and the Butterfingers, has won a place in the "final round" of the series. The Berries, after having been defeated by the Oxfords, forfeited a game yesterday to the Peachblows, which leaves the question of supremacy in that group to be decided by the Oxford-Peachblow game of Monday next. The final series of three games will be played by the Baby Ansons, CRIMSONS, and either the Oxfords or Peachblows.
