The next sophomore theme will be due on April 1st. Subject: An Exposition. Theme IX will be due on April 29. For these two themes may be substituted a double theme, not less than ten pages long, comprising both exposition and argument. Every one who wishes to make this substitution is requested to give Mr. Clymer notice and inform him of the title of his theme not later than April 12. The double theme will be due on Thursday, April 22.
Captain Stewart of the Yale University ball nine, has presented a scheme for a series of class ball games. There are to be five nines, one from each academic class and one from Sheff. Each nine will pay an entrance fee of $15, which sum will be expended for trophies with special prizes to the man making the best fielding and battery average.
